Hello all you lovely loopy people!

We have currently closed our branch ‘Little Loopy’s’ at 372 Morningside Road. HOWEVER!!!! Loopy Lorna’s Tea House is open at our Church Hill Theatre branch so please do pop along if you haven’t already!

We have the same delicious menu and cakes, same specially blended loose leaf teas and the same WONDERFUL staff…just lots more space and better facilities for our disabled customers and for those wee ones in buggies!

We’re also licensed and take bookings for anything from a table for 1 to large party bookings and private functions! We hope to see you all soon!

Tea Guild Award of Excellence

We are delighted to announce that Loopy's has just received the Tea Guild Award of Excellence. Having been a member of the prestigious Tea Guild since 2009, we are delighted to receive this new commendation from them.

The award was in recognition of Loopy's "outstanding quality and consistently high standards in tea service".

Thank you to the UK Tea Council and to all our wonderful staff .

Speciality Tea Menu

Sparkling Darjeeling

Light, pungent and refreshing early season Darjeeling – the champagne of teas! Let your taste buds sparkle!

Ingredients: First Flush Indian Darjeeling black tea.

Serving suggestion: Infuse leaves for two to three minutes and serve with or without a dash of milk.

Detox Heaven

A flavoursome combination packed full of antioxidants and plenty of cleansing properties – perfect for times of over-indulgence!

Ingredients: Chinese Fujian white tea, cinnamon, aniseed, ginger and liquorice.

Serving suggestion: Infuse leaves for two to three minutes and serve without milk.

Oh my Masala Chai!

Loopy takes on an Indian classic – strong black tea infused with spices for a warming and flavoursome combination. Oh my oh my....

Ingredients: North Indian Assam, Sri Lankan Uva and Rwandan
                                  black tea, blended with ginger, cardamom, black pepper and
                                  cinnamon.

Serving suggestion: Infuse leaves for four or five minutes and serve with plenty of milk and sugar.

Virgin white

Only the very youngest and finest buds of a tea bush simply air-dried for maximum flavour. A real treat!

Ingredients: Chinese Bai Hao Silver Needle white tea.

Serving suggestion: Infuse leaves for two to three minutes and serve without milk.
